From his perch as one of Kanpur’s pre-eminent ophthalmologists, Dr. Akhilesh Kant felt a yawning gap between optometry and the choices patients were offered for eyewear. From the deluge of queries he received to help find the perfect eyewear, he felt that patients deserved more individualistic eyewear–since it is inextricably associated with one’s facial contours. Keeping patient satisfaction as the cornerstone, in tandem with three decades of experience in the field of ophthalmology, he set out to establish an optical enterprise willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect frame, and take care of all their optical needs. That is the genesis of makemychashma a unit of A R Cube Enterprises, Kanpur.
